About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to Bellows Air Force Station, Waimanalo, HI.Qualifications:Who May Apply: Open to those in Oahu, Hawaii. An applicant's eligibility will be determined based on eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and proof of eligibility MUST be provided with application by the closing date, 10/01/2026

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Must have experience or training which demonstrates the ability to take responsibility for food and beverage operations in the absence of the managerial staff. Must also possess experience which provides knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operations such as; receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and use of cash accountability control methods. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to provide work direction to other food and beverage employees and knowledge of fire, safety, and health regulations. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public.Education:Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
