Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Short Stop, you’re a hands-on leader who keeps the energy high and the store running fast, friendly, and clean. Partnering with the Store Manager, you’ll inspire Team Members, deliver great guest experiences, and help create a store that customers love to stop by—every time.

You’ll jump into daily operations, lead by example, and keep everything moving smoothly—from the sales floor to behind the scenes—especially when leadership support is needed.

What You’ll Do:
  • Train, coach, and motivate Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service
  • Lead by example to create a fun, team-first culture
  • Keep the store running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently
  • Support inventory, merchandising, and product rollouts
  • Ensure every guest leaves with a great experience
  • Quickly resolve guest concerns and keep leadership informed
What We’re Looking For:
