Logistics Manager

Role Overview

The Logistics Manager is the operational co-pilot for the Cisco Experience Center (CXC) in New York City. This role is responsible for the end-to-end logistics lifecycle—from initial discovery through to final execution. Working closely with the Engagement Manager as the lead, this position works in lock-step to ensure the flawless delivery of premium customer engagements.

The Logistics Manager has oversight of the day-to-day operations of the NYC center, collaborating with the Worldwide Sales organization to coordinate logistics and support the planning of briefings. This individual is instrumental in helping deliver excellent executive experiences to customers visiting the office.

Core Responsibilities

• Process & Execution: Partner with the Engagement Manager to help account teams schedule, plan, and execute CXC requests from initial logistics to final delivery.

• Physical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary onsite lead in NYC to meet, greet, and guide CXC visitors throughout their stay.

• Site Operations Oversight:

o Workplace Resources (WPR): Lead coordination for catering, lobby services, and facilities.

o Technical Readiness: Confirm all technical functions of the room are in working order (Webex/AV) before every session.

• Quality Control: Maintain process efficiencies and oversee BriefingSource quality control, including survey and evaluation cadences.

• Engagement Lifecycle: Own Logistics Requests and Pre-brief Calls as defined in the NY CXC Process.

o Assume ownership for "CXC Meetings," which will include virtual and or on-site Demo only request, which will be assigned by Engagement Manager.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with internal teams on specific needs that may include printing of agenda, information on offerings and prioritization.

• Operational Projects: Contribute to center-wide projects and process improvements as needed.

Required Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Webex fluency and SFDC awareness.

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Problem Solving: Effective problem solving and the ability to meet hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Professionalism: Customer service or Sales experience with a commitment to "white-glove" delivery and excellent follow-through.

• Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and a strong collaborator dedicated to the team's overall success.
