A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee customizing, warehouse, and logistics operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple departments while leading a workforce of more than 200 employees through their management team.
Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership for customizing, warehouse, and logistics operations.
  • Lead department managers and oversee a workforce of 200+ employees.
  • Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage inventory control, order fulfillment, assembly, and shipping operations.
