Logistics Coordinator
Location: Windsor, Wisconsin

We're currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our day-to-day logistics and operational activities. This role is responsible for coordinating key operational tasks including shipment routing, documentation processing, inventory support, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness across the supply chain while contributing to overall operational performance.
What You'll Do
  • Assist in the retest and retag process.
  • Print daily pick tickets based on shipment schedules.
  • Route LTL, FTL, and company truck shipments using TMS (Shipper's Edge).
  • Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy efforts.
  • Post completed pick tickets, purchase order receipts, transfer orders, and production orders.
  • Assist walk-in customers and provide general support as needed.
  • Monitor freight traffic and support logistics coordination activities.
  • Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work overtime hours as necessary.
