Location: Remote with up to 25% travel 

Department/Specialty: Supply Chain Management 

Schedule: Full time, Days

Salary: $99,853.85 - $135,109.91 per year

Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

What You Will Do

This position resides under The Resource Group, an end-to-end supply chain partner to healthcare organizations across the United States, wholly-owned by Ascension. At The Resource Group, we build strong relationships with provider teams, working alongside them to improve supply chain operations and lower non-payroll expenses, all in support of delivering quality patient care. Responsibilities for this role can be found below:

Design and implement large-scale national operations activities for supplies and services to ensure standardized efficiency and delivery excellence across the entire enterprise.

Direct the ongoing performance management and optimization of national logistics service providers to ensure adherence to service level agreements and peak supply chain performance.

Develop dashboards and lead quarterly business reviews to identify continuous improvement opportunities and track the status of national logistics workstreams.

Deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding operational process refinements and the integration of new technologies based on field feedback and rigorous data analysis.

Oversee the technical onboarding of new customers and supply chain associates onto all software platforms to ensure seamless system adoption to achieve growth strategies and operational savings targets.

Optimize team performance through strategic day-to-day management of associates including hiring, training and onboarding, professional development, and providing coaching and feedback as needed.

What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences

A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
