What You'll Do
Operations Finance
โ€ข Track, manage, and analyze costs across clinic locations
โ€ข Perform variance analysis on operational spend and identify trends
โ€ข Support budgeting processes for clinic-level expenses
โ€ข Build and maintain reporting tools that give leadership clear visibility into cost performance
Commercial Finance
โ€ข Analyze revenue performance and support revenue management reporting
โ€ข Build financial models for new clinic ROI, including projected revenues and payback periods
โ€ข Partner closely with the Development team to provide the financial backing for expansion
decisions - turning data into a clear story, not assumptions
โ€ข Challenge projections that lack supporting data and ensure decisions are grounded in
evidence
Shared Responsibilities
โ€ข Aggregate and prepare data for financial models and rolling forecasts
โ€ข Assist in updating monthly and quarterly forecast packages
โ€ข Support ad-hoc financial analysis as needed across the FP&A function
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, analytics, operations, or a related function
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in Excel
  • Curiosity-driven mindset - you ask why, not just what
  • Ability to translate data into a clear, concise narrative
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Experience with financial modeling or data visualization tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations is a bonus but not required

Compensation
$75,000 - $95,000 base salary, commensurate with experience. Nuvia also offers a competitive benefits package including health, vision, and dental coverage, paid time off, and opportunities for performance-based growth.
