Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst I to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in our operations as it applies to our daily processing and support of software. You will work closely with various teams to gather data, perform analysis, and provide automated processes and support. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing processes, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of related or similar experience in IT operations

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support and maintenance of core and other software
  • Work with third party vendors to facilitate continued automation processes
  • Develop and maintain processes using scheduling software and scripting languages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
  • Perform analysis to identify areas of inefficiency and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and identifying risks as related to processing procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
