Operations Analyst with experience in media planning, specialized in audiovisual and offline environments, with a strong focus on TV. Currently managing end-to-end planning, negotiation, and execution of campaigns for leading national and international advertisers. Brings a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of the media

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of offline media campaigns, with a strong focus on television, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop a global vision across all media channels, consolidating campaign activity and performance analysis.
  • Manage negotiation and buying strategies, optimizing media investments and ensuring efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, media partners, and agencies to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage workloads effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
Qualifications
  • +8 years of experience in media planning, with extensive expertise in TV and offline media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and KPI management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with leading advertisers across multiple industries.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Market Research.
