Job description

Linedata is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Client Services organization as an Operations Analyst, supporting a range of administrative, operational, compliance, and client-facing activities. This is a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity, with the potential to convert to a full-time Linedata position based on performance and business needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams. The Operations Analyst will interact with clients and internal teams and will gain exposure to compliance, audit readiness, regulatory documentation, and global operations within the financial services industry.

About the Role

The Operations Analyst will interact with clients and internal teams and will gain exposure to compliance, audit readiness, regulatory documentation, and global operations within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support client-facing administrative and operational processes

  • Participate in weekly status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain compliance trackers, calendars, documentation, and related operational records

  • Assist with audit readiness and regulatory documentation, including KYC/AML and third-party documentation

  • Track user access, training requirements, reporting updates, and other client or operational requirements

  • Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Coordinate information across internal teams and support communication with clients

  • Collaborate closely with Linedata's Global Services team

  • Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field required

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without employer sponsorship now or in the future

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and track action items
