About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. Pay: $50โ€“$100/hour

Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical skills and exposure to deal support, reporting, or operational finance

What Youโ€™ll Do (Approval-Based)

  • Contribute to valuation updates and portfolio review materials
  • Support investment memos, IC updates, and operational summaries
  • Assist with Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
  • Support commercial and operational diligence workflows
  • Identify execution, integration, and operational risks

How Analysts Start Earning
  • Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
  • Become verified on the Initio Sphere platform
  • Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live operational support engagements

  • Completion of Initio Sphere Financial Training

  • Scores are dynamically updated based on execution quality, reliability, and client feedback.
Compensation & Deal Terms
  • Analysts operate as independent contractors, not employees
  • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

  • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
  • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
  • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
Compliance Notice
  • Provide investment advice
