This role supports the conceptualization, execution, and integration of data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. As a subject matter expert, you will drive innovation and creative solutions within various work streams and provide thought leadership. You will lead project teams and play a pivotal role in guiding internal stakeholders toward project success.
We'll trust you to:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
  • Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
  • Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams.
  • Independently manage projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight.
  • Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
  • Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
You will need to have:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
  • Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.
