Job Description
Director, Revenue Operations Analytics & Performance Management
Position Summary
Medulla is seeking a highly analytical, operationally driven Director of Revenue Operations Analytics & Performance Management to support the build-out and ongoing operation of Medulla's enterprise Revenue Operations ("RevOps") capability.
This role, based out of our Oak Brook, IL headquarters, will serve as a key leader within the RevOps organization and act as part of the centralized "commercial nerve center" responsible for continuous measurement, monitoring, analysis, and proactive management of Medulla's core clinical and operational growth metrics.
Core Mission
Help build and operate the centralized RevOps management infrastructure that enables Medulla to:
  • Continuously monitor business performance
  • Identify operational and clinical gaps
  • Prioritize interventions
  • Improve execution consistency
  • Accelerate patient visit growth

This role is not limited to reporting and dashboards. The Director is expected to translate analytics into operational insights, management actions, intervention workflows, escalation paths, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own KPI monitoring and performance analytics across Day 1's, retention, staffing, and payer economics
  • Build recurring analytical models and performance diagnostics
  • Identify leading indicators and early warning signals
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on operational underperformance
  • Support Day 1 forecasting in collaboration with marketing and Chief Commercial Officer
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership teams
  • Build and maintain KPI scorecards and operational dashboards
  • Support recurring RevOps operating rhythms and governance forums
  • Ensure accountability tracking and follow-through across workstreams
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, HR, Finance, and Contact Center teams
  • Improve reporting automation, data integrity, and workflow visibility
  • Support AI-enabled analytics and operational automation initiatives where appropriate

Required Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Strategy & Operations, Business Intelligence, Consulting, FP&A, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and modeling capability
  • Ability to work out of our Oak Brook, IL headqaurters
  • Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting systems
  • Advanced Excel and business intelligence skills (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare services, PE-backed companies, multi-site environments, or B2C operating models preferred
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority
