As an Operations Analyst, you will support and lead specific business and client initiative with a heavy focus on operational analytics to drive communications and decision-making. This role must be adaptable to evolving business needs and client opportunities. You’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, dynamic technology and operational environment. The role demands the ability to prioritize and execute across multiple priorities, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivery.


What you’ll do:

• Develop and report on operational statuses and performance opportunities

• Develop presentation materials for client and provider facing teams to utilize

• Identify and present actionable insights for cross-departmental team to utilize

• Track and analyze key performance indicators across multiple clients

• Coordinate with various stakeholders for operational insights needs

• Drive routine deliverables as well as numerous ad hoc requests

Requirements:

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree

• 0-3 years industry experience

• 1-2 years in healthcare, ideally in the Post Acute care space

• Understanding of and experience with referral management, utilization review, prior authorization, and case management functions

• Detailed orientation and strong verbal communication still is a must

• Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description

• Minimum Expert level Excel proficiency

• Proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications

This position will be based out of our Irving, TX headquarters; however, working remotely from outside the area is perfectly acceptable. For remote candidates, up to 10-20% of travel may be required.
