Position Overview

Portfolio Operations Analysts support investment teams by managing the operational, reporting, and analytical processes for portfolio investments. The role blends portfolio monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of positions, performance, and risk metrics.

These roles often involve close collaboration with portfolio managers, fund accountants, operations teams, and investor relations professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor portfolio holdings, valuations, and performance metrics

  • Assist with portfolio operations including trade settlement, reconciliations, and cash management

  • Prepare and maintain reporting for internal teams and investors, including performance reports and risk analytics

  • Support the onboarding and monitoring of new investments and portfolio companies

  • Collaborate with fund accounting, investor relations, and compliance teams to ensure accurate data flow
