Sigma Defense is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in DoW communications.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Leadership abilities.
  • Risk management mindset.
  • Understanding of program management principles.
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Candidate Differentiators:

Personnel Clearance Level:

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Directly support Government Lead with implementation of Government directed initiatives and activities affecting the execution/accomplishment of program infrastructure and systems.
  • Resolve issues that may arise among team members and strategic issues that may need the attention of senior managers.
  • Show support to the program and the mandated team, expressed through action.
  • Report to other stakeholders and confirm the successful completion of given programs.
  • Work closely with the communication and management team to increase program awareness among the different stakeholders.
  • Facilitate tasking and submission of reports, updates, and status of all program activities.
  • Coordinate between Government Lead and vendor team to provide oversight and management facilitating implementation of the program infrastructure and systems.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $180,000 annually.
