We're looking for an Operations Administrative Assistant to keep our Houston area location running smoothly and support the leaders who make it happen.

The Role
You'll work directly with the Location Operations Manager, providing day-to-day administrative support across operations, project management, sales, and client services. This role is ideal for someone proactive and detail-oriented who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Location Operations Manager, including scheduling, meeting agendas, and action item tracking
  • Assist with reports, budgets, and planning documents
  • Track and manage project and service documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate communication across departments: Sales, Technical Services, Project Management, and Client Services
  • Support new employee onboarding and location-level HR administration
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and shared resources; handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience; operations, construction, or technology industry a plus
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Proactive and resourceful - you anticipate needs and follow through without being asked
  • High attention to detail and professional discretion
