Job description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Office Administrative Rep to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, providing customer service and assisting our marketing team with creative content initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during the heating season.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with billing questions, delivery inquiries and general account support
  • Answer incoming calls promptly & professionally
  • Support customer retention efforts
  • Accurately enter customer information, delivery notes, service updates & acct changes into our internal system
  • Support daily office tasks
  • Assist with preparing customer statements, service contracts and seasonal program notices
  • Work closely with the marketing team to gather content for social media - including photo and videos
  • Coordinate with office staff, drivers and service techs to capture authentic on-brand content for promotional use
  • Assist in organizing seasonal campaigns, community outreach and customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Prior office or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
