What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage all administrative functions within the Maintenance Department
  • Organize and direct departmental activities, maintain accurate records, and compile reports
  • Manage inventory and supplies and ensure effective communication with staff, residents, and contractors
  • Answer phones, address resident concerns, and assist with employee orientation and annual safety training
  • Support the Director of Facilities and Grounds with special projects
  • Uphold departmental policies, promote a positive work environment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What You'll Need:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (required)
  • Minimum one year of administrative/clerk experience with heavy work order processing (required)
  • Computer literacy and proven interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) (required)
