WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Operation Administrative Assistant provides front-office and administrative support for the company, serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls. This role manages reception, mail and shipments, conference rooms, corporate calendars, office and kitchen supplies, rental vehicle coordination, catering, and company events. The position also supports administrative and expense-reporting processes while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace.
  • Serve as the main receptionist and answer/route incoming calls to the appropriate office or employee
  • Greet and assist customers, clients, vendors, and other visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and conference rooms
  • Maintain and organize kitchens and training rooms
  • Coordinate the use of company rental cars and vans
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule conference rooms, coordinate meetings, and arrange catering
  • Maintain the MGT East-Central/Layer 3 corporate calendar
  • Order, receive, and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Assist with FedEx shipments and related logistics
  • Serve as the liaison with Enterprise Rental for all branches, including reservations and monthly reporting
  • Provide administrative support for company events and event planning
  • Assist with reviewing Expensify reports and support company credit card reporting
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and practices
  • Ability to effectively operate and manage a multi-line telephone system

Work Environment
This position must be performed from an MGT office location, but employee must reside within their assigned territory. The majority of customer interactions are conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, and email. Periodic travel within the assigned territory is expected for customer meetings, strategic partner engagements, industry conferences, and business development activities.
