This position primarily focuses on supporting our Photography Operations team and allocating the best staff to hundreds of clients per week. If you enjoy being creative and want to further your career in the field of event photography, then apply today!   *What will you do as an Administrative Assistant?* * Assist with creating schedules for photographers and supporting staff in your market. * Review and approve timesheet expenses. * Take part in hiring and onboarding. These responsibilities include reviewing and screening applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, and assist with the onboarding process. * Give administrative support to the Studio Operations Management Team. * Maintain documentation of policies, processes, and HR documents. *Can you check these boxes?* * High school diploma or equivalent required.
