Marketing Admin
Location: Silverdale, WA
Position Type: Part Time (15-25 hours per week)
Compensation: $18-$20/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do
As our Marketing Admin, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department, helping keep projects organized while ensuring our brand shows up beautifully across our website, social media, stores, and events.
Your responsibilities will include:
Online & Product Support
  • Upload new product photography to our online store each week
  • Partner with the Inventory and Marketing teams to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and on brand

Customer & Community Engagement
  • Engage with customers through social media comments, messages, and shares in the Purpose brand voice
  • Coordinate RSVPs and guest lists for brand events and community gatherings
  • Order and distribute printed marketing materials such as signage, postcards, and touch cards

Customer Experience
  • Manage incoming Personal Styling requests and connect customers with the appropriate Store Manager
  • Track customer communication to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to appointment

Team Support
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings every Wednesday
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Director and Marketing team
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as needed

Photoshoots & Content
  • Prepare merchandise for photoshoots by organizing and steaming product
  • Assist with photoshoot setup and logistics
  • Organize and maintain digital content, including photos, videos, and marketing assets
