Job description

The Accounting Manager is responsible for the organization's daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial controls. This position manages general accounting functions, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, month-end and year-end close, budgeting support, and financial reporting.

The Accounting Manager ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate financial records. This role works closely with leadership to support financial planning, improve accounting processes, and provide timely financial information to assist with operational and strategic decision-making.

  •  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  •  Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  •  Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
  •  Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
