Job description

We are seeking an IT/OT Control Systems Analyst to support the identification, assessment, and analysis of critical infrastructure, operational technology (OT), industrial control systems (ICS), and mission-essential assets supporting Department of Defense operations. In this role, you will work closely with government stakeholders, engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and facility personnel to evaluate how systems, facilities, and infrastructure support mission execution and to identify potential operational risks and vulnerabilities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions) 

  • Use site maps, architecture documentation, site assessments, and production processes to prepare workflow process documents.
  • Analyze mission assessments to assist identification of key assets, critical infrastructure, and systems.
  • Perform on-site inventories (physical and logical), assessments, and validation audits.
  • Perform research and analysis at all levels of site and system products to include concept design, installation, inventory, operation, sustainment, and disposal.
  • Provide technical analysis of IT and OT systems for identification, assessment, and documentation of current and future systems.
  • Develop technical and operational views, reports, and summaries to provide leadership with a continuous, accurate, situational understanding and impact to mission and operational risk.
  • Develop and maintain Common Operating Picture/Dashboards to support AMC Leadership decision making efforts.
  • Assist other teams with related efforts as requested.

Required Skills
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent experience 
  • 8-12 years of experience supporting IT, OT, industrial control systems, infrastructure assessment, or related environments.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience conducting site assessments, physical and logical inventories, validation audits, and technical evaluations.
  • Experience analyzing and documenting IT, OT, and control system architectures, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Working knowledge of Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, or related control environments.
  • Ability to identify system dependencies, infrastructure relationships, operational impacts, and technical risks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% in support of customer sites and assessment activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Control systems scanning experience. 
  • Control Systems experience with at least one or more of the Control Systems listed below:

    • Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)
