System and Technical Data Analyst
Work Location: Huntsville, Alabama
Schedule: Full Time on-site. No remote work option.
IronMountain Solutions LLC is searching for Systems Analyst in support of a customer located in Huntsville, Alabama. Candidates must exercise excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and keen attention to detail. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Responsibilities:
  • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related technical role
  • Strong technical writing skills, including the ability to develop clear and concise reports, briefings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills for developing professional presentations and briefings
  • Experience with data analysis, system integration, and process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with information systems, networks, and operational technology environments

Communication & Briefing Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver high-level briefings to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information
  • Experience preparing and presenting executive-level reports, dashboards, and decision support materials

Analytical & Decision Support:
  • Deep understanding of organizational decision-making processes and the ability to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, program management, and operational initiatives

Organizational Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related analytical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of related analytical experience.
  • Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment is preferred
  • This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance. Per Federal regulations; only citizens of the United States are able to obtain a Clearance.
