About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and technology-driven IT Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day IT operations with strategic technology initiatives. You'll work closely with the Director of IT, managed service providers, software vendors, and internal teams to help maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment while supporting projects that strengthen our cybersecurity posture, modernize our infrastructure, and improve the employee experience.
What You'll Do
  • IT Operations & User Support: Coordinate day-to-day IT support requests, assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, manage user accounts and technology assets, maintain IT documentation, and help ensure technical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Project Coordination: Support technology initiatives by tracking milestones, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, documenting project progress, and helping drive projects to successful completion.
  • Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Administration: Assist with administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, user licensing, endpoint management, and access controls.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Support cybersecurity initiatives by maintaining documentation, assisting with audit readiness, tracking remediation efforts, supporting vendor security reviews, and helping maintain business continuity and security awareness programs.
  • Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain IT procedures, knowledge base articles, system documentation, and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and technology processes.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with managed service providers, software vendors, and internal departments to coordinate technology services, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT operations, technical support, cybersecurity, project coordination, or a related technology role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, endpoint management, and modern business technology environments.
  • Organization & Communication: Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues, coordinate solutions, and improve technology processes.
  • Security Awareness: Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including identity and access management, multi-factor authentication, endpoint security, phishing awareness, and security best practices.
