Familiarity with tools like SCADA, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and certifications such as GICSP or CISSP are highly valued. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are key soft skills in this field.
