Coface Madrid 12 months International Environment Paid Internship - Startย date: September 1, 2026

Are you drawn to the commercial world, but also enjoy analysis, organization, and internal control?
Do you want to be in a strategic position that connects teams, supports decisionmaking, and ensures that everything runs smoothly and efficiently?

Then this opportunity is for you.
Because growing in the real world starts by supporting what truly drives a business.

We believe in ideas, talent, and the development of every individual

About the Opportunity

At Coface, an international leader in credit insurance, business information and risk management, we are looking for a Commercial & Operations Support Graduate to join our Commercial Department for a 12month paid extracurricular internship.

From day one, you'll gain firsthand insight into the core of our business: how commercial risk is assessed, how strategic decisions are made, and how different teams coordinate to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You won't be here to "just observe"-you'll be here to contribute, propose ideas, and make things happen.

Job Description

What Will You Do?

You will gain hands-on, cross-functional experience in a role that is essential to the Commercial area. You will be part of the connection point between analysis, clients, and operations, supported by continuous training and guidance from experienced professionals. You will take part in activities such as:

  • Analyzing commercial requests to ensure that each contract is solid, profitable, and aligned with the Group's commercial underwriting policies.
  • Supporting the Account Management team, helping strengthen relationships with our clients and ensuring fast, attentive, and highquality service.
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations by keeping documentation, internal processes, and information updated, complete, and under control.
  • Monitoring KPIs and using internal tools, such as the CRM, to ensure commercial indicators are up to date and support effective decisionmaking.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, contributing to process improvements, workflow optimization, and stronger coordination between commercial and operational teams.

In this role, you won't just learn how the business works - you will be an active part of its operation.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Motivation to learn and grow professionally.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative attitude.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in commercial environments, risk analysis, and operations.
  • University studies in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance or similar.
  • Very good command of Spanish and English (B2-C1). Other languages are a plus.
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and customeroriented approach.

We don't expect you to know everything.
We're looking for your attitude. The rest you'll learn with us.

Why You'll Love This Experience

  • You'll see how an international company operates from the inside-with real impact.
  • You'll learn from experienced professionals and receive continuous guidance.
  • You'll participate in real projects and have space to propose improvements.
