Job description

Who you are:
Lakepointe Church is seeking a highly organizational, execution-driven Project Manager to support enterprise-wide initiatives across Operations, including IT, Facilities, People Operations, Security, and Finance. This role is responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to a diverse portfolio of projects that directly enable ministry effectiveness across multiple campuses.
This individual will serve as a central coordination point - ensuring projects are properly scoped, resourced, tracked, and completed on time and within budget - while maintaining alignment with Lakepointe's mission and values.
What you'll do:
  • Support the Lead Pastor of Operations and Director of Operations with project planning, management, and budgeting
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Partner with leaders across IT, Facilities, HR, Security, and Finance to prioritize and align initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure clarity and accountability
  • Serve as the "hub" for operational project activity across all campuses
  • Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and reporting structures
  • Drive consistency in how projects are requested, approved, tracked, and evaluated
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants as needed
  • Assist in managing project budgets, bids, and contracts
  • Communicate project timelines, progress, and ministry impact to ministry leaders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff members and church members
