Overview

TITLE:               Executive Operations & Project Manager DEPARTMENT:    Administration 

REPORTS TO:     Columbus Area Commanders 

STATUS:            Full-Time, ExemptSCHEDULE:       Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.  FUNCTION:       The Executive Operations & Project Manager provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the executive leadership team while coordinating and executing key organizational projects and initiatives across the organization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail,                             and the ability to anticipate needs, handle sensitive information, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role supports executive decision-making by organizing information, coordinating projects, and helping ensure organizational priorities are carried out                           effectively.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in executive-level administrative support, project coordination, and /or operations support roles
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Must obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Anny insurance stand

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, MS Project).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
