Job description


CORE MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS

-Store Oversight: Manage sales, inventory, payroll, labor

control, equipment maintenance, and security across all assigned

locations.

-Leadership & Conduct: Lead by example with

professionalism, urgency, and respect; maintain strict staff

accountability and conflict resolution.

-Labor Control & Floor Support: Adjust labor schedules in

real-time based on sales volume; step in and cover any position

(kitchen, counter, prep) when necessary to control labor costs.

-Financial Reconciliation: Verify money handling accuracy,

conduct cash drawer audits, drop safe deposits, and log daily

cash balances.

-Inventory Integrity: Ensure no items are "86'd" without prior

management/owner awareness and immediate corrective action.


OPENING, CLOSING & QUALITY STANDARDS

-Opening Protocols (Prior to 11:00 AM Open): Arrive 30

minutes early; unlock/disarm; conduct full walkthrough of

Kitchen, FOH, restrooms, and exterior; hold pre-shift goal

meetings.

-Closing Protocols (Post 3:00 AM Close): Conduct full closing

inspection; verify station checklists; secure cash and arm alarm;

log shift notes and next-shift follow-ups.

-Quality & Hygiene: Enforce portion control, waste logs, food

storage/labeling, and 100% health department compliance.

Guest Service & Onboarding: Resolve guest complaints

immediately and professionally; train all new hires according to

official onboarding procedures.
