Are you a hands-on manufacturing leader who enjoys improving operations, developing teams, and driving results? We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and help drive productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will oversee multiple areas of the operation, including Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics, while working closely with leadership to meet production goals and customer requirements.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery goals
  • Manage and develop Production Supervisors and operational leaders
  • Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost
  • Improve production flow, scheduling, throughput, and resource utilization
  • Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams
  • Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste, defects, downtime, and operating costs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Assist with departmental budgets and capital improvement planning
  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve productivity and profitability
