Job Description:

A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees, supports, and dispatches a team of Mobile Sales and Service Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily service operations for the location.  Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and support Mobile Sales & Service Technicians
  • Oversee materials and inventory management
  • Create, manage, and deploy safety programs
  • Ensure customers receive the highest quality of service
Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Supervisory or Management Role
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong Computer Skills
