MMT is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our West Palm Beach facility. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence across Assembly and Machine Shop operations.

What You'll Do

As Operations Manager, you will oversee all manufacturing operations and lead a team responsible for Assembly and Machine Shop activities. You will partner closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities include:

Lead all Assembly and Machine Shop operations

Drive safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity performance

Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that support growth and profitability

Lead production planning and execution to meet customer commitments

Coach, develop, and mentor manufacturing supervisors and production teams

Drive accountability through KPI management, visual controls, and daily operating reviews

Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Partner with Engineering to improve manufacturability, throughput, and product quality

Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and employee development

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Participate as a key member of the site leadership team


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment

5+ years of experience leading manufacturing teams

Proven success improving productivity, quality, operational efficiency, and cost performance

Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience managing KPIs and driving operational results

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or a related field

Experience managing both assembly and machining operations

Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma experience

Knowledge of ISO quality systems and manufacturing process controls

Bilingual English/Spanish
