Key Account Manager (w/m/d) Data CenterRegion: D-A-CHIhre Aufgaben:
  • Vollstandiger Neuaufbau eines strukturierten Kundenstamms im Data-Center-Segment im Raum Rhein-Main
  • Identifikation, Ansprache und Qualifizierung relevanter Endkunden, Generalunternehmer, Zulieferern und Vorfertigungsunternehmen im Bereich Data-Center-Bau und -Betrieb
  • Strategischer Aufbau und langfristige Pflege von Kontakten auf allen relevanten Entscheidungsebenen (Einkauf, Technik, Projektleitung)
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Geschaftschancen und Uberfuhrung dieser in konkrete Projekte uber den Fachhandelskanal
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenindividueller Account-Strategien in direkter Abstimmung mit dem Head of Job Site Solutions D-A-CH sowie segmentubergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialistinnen & -spezialisten zur ganzheitlichen Kundenbetreuung und Projektentwicklung
  • Durchfuhrung von Produktprasentationen, Anwendungsschulungen und Demos uber das gesamte Portfolio: Elektrowerkzeuge, Zubehor, Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie Personliche Schutzausrustung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleginnen & Kollegen, insbesondere dem UK-Team in englischer Sprache
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung im Data-Center-Segment
  • Pflege und Dokumentation aller Aktivitaten, Chancen und Kundendaten im CRM-System
  • Erreichung vereinbarter Umsatz- und Entwicklungsziele im verantworteten Kundensegment
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmannische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. Studium, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Elektrotechnik, Bauwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjahrige Erfahrung im Key Account Management oder technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Umfeld Data Center, Gebaudetechnik, Generalunternehmen oder Prefabrikation
  • Bestehendes Netzwerk im Data-Center-, Zulieferer- oder Bau-Umfeld im Raum Rhein-Main von Vorteil
  • Verstandnis fur Elektrowerkzeuge, Zubehor, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Personliche Schutzausrustung sowie deren Anwendung auf Grobaustellen
  • Ausgepragte Hunter-Mentalitat und Eigeninitiative sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen von Grund auf
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fahigkeit, sich in ein bereichsubergreifendes Spezialisten-Team zu integrieren und gemeinsam Kundenpotenziale zu entwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit indirekten Vertriebskanalen (Fachhandel, Distribution)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen sowie MS Office
  • Wohnsitz im Rhein-Main-Gebiet oder angrenzend sowie Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der D-A-CH-Region und & gultiger PKW Fuhrerschein (Klasse B)
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau zwingend erforderlich
