Job description

Target is offering an Operations Intern role within our supply chain facility. This paid 40 hr/week internship provides hands-on training to develop leadership skills, lead a department, and learn how Target's supply chain operates to drive results while prioritizing safety. You will work closely with a Mentor, gain real-world exposure across business areas, and participate in ongoing development conversations to grow as a Target leader through structured coursework and on-the-job learning.
