Overview
Seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Consultant to support ambulatory access and operational improvement initiatives within a large healthcare environment. This role partners with leadership and operational teams to improve patient access, optimize workflows, and drive Lean-based performance improvement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Lean and A3-based improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on strategic operational goals
- Facilitate large-scale access and performance improvement projects
- Coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies and change management
- Develop and deliver training related to operational excellence and patient access
- Establish sustainable workflows and management systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Healthcare, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
- 7+ years of performance improvement experience
- OR
- 5+ years of healthcare experience plus 3+ years in leadership/performance improvement
- Hands-on Lean experience
- Experience facilitating training and coaching teams
- Lean Certification requiredPreferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Six Sigma, Change Management, or EPIC Cadence certifications preferred
