Overview:

The Delivery Account Operations Associate - Site Lead reporting to the Services Delivery Manager, serves as the primary on site representative at a designated customer location, ensuring seamless daily service delivery and operational excellence. This role partners closely with customers and Xerox teams to manage workflows, support device performance, and consistently meet service level expectations. The position offers the opportunity to lead operations in a dynamic, customer focused environment while driving continuous improvement and satisfaction.

(Must be able to be full-time on-site 5 Days a week Monday-Friday)

Coordinate and support on site staff through scheduling, task assignment, and performance guidance

Oversee equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance with technical teams


What You Need to Succeed:

Experience in print operations, mailroom services, or office services in a customer facing environment

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and build relationships

Proficiency with office technology including multifunction devices and workflow tools

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with attention to detail

Problem solving mindset with familiarity in service level agreements and performance tracking
