Internships and full-time positions are predominantly in the Northern Virginia/ Washington DC Metro area. A hybrid schedule of remote and onsite work may be available but must live in the area to support onsite efforts.

This posting is intended to build a pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future contract operation's needs. While hires may not be made directly from this posting, applicants will be considered for upcoming opportunities aligned to business demand.

Peraton is seeking detail-oriented professionals eager to contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our contract operations processes. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the intake, setup, and lifecycle management of contract awards and modifications within Peraton's Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Your work will directly support compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting initiatives across the enterprise.

  • Supporting the intake and setup of contract awards and modifications, ensuring required data elements are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal service level agreements.
  • Monitoring key CDM metrics and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Sub-Contracts Centers of Excellence and sector partners to support compliant and efficient NDA execution.
  • Reviewing contractual documentation to ensure proper configuration within Peraton's CLM system in support of audit preparedness and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Conducting contract data research and corrective actions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Participating in daily stand-up meetings to provide status updates and address workflow impediments.
  • Partnering with Contract Administrators, Sub-Contracts leadership, and other stakeholders to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Assisting with contract operations initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.

The ideal candidates will have experience in data and compliance management, familiarity with government contracting environments, and a strong commitment to operational excellence. This position is well-suited for professionals who thrive in structured environments, value accuracy, and enjoy supporting mission-driven contractual operations.

If you are looking to contribute to an organization that supports critical national security missions while building expertise in contract lifecycle management and compliance operations, we encourage you to apply and become part of Peraton's Business Enablement team.
