What You’ll Own

  • Lead the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting
  • Own cash flow management, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Prepare and lead weekly financial review meetings with leadership
  • Manage and develop the Billing and Collections team
  • Drive financial analysis and operational reporting that supports strategic decision-making

  • Previous Controller or senior accounting leadership experience

  • CPA or CMA strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable leading teams and developing talent
  • Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys improving processes

Who Will Thrive Here

  • Someone who wants more than a traditional back-office accounting role
  • A leader who enjoys collaboration with executive teams
  • A builder who likes creating scalable systems and processes

  • Someone motivated by meaningful work and organizational impact
