Job description

Core One seeks a Operations Associate who will provide administrative, analytical, and operational support across various the Company functions, including Contracts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Security, and Information Technology. This position supports the execution of departmental priorities, assists with process improvement initiatives, maintains operational records and reporting, and performs a variety of activities that contribute to the efficient operation of the business. The Operations Associate is expected to demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role is designed to provide broad exposure to operational functions while developing expertise in one or more disciplines over time PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support operational activities across Contracts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Security, and Information Technology functions as assigned. * Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and organization of operational records, reports, trackers, and documentation. * Support onboarding, offboarding, personnel actions, visitor requests, access requests, and other administrative processes.

* Assist with contract administration activities, including maintaining contract files, tracking deliverables, monitoring reporting requirements, and supporting document preparation. * Support Financial Planning & Analysis activities through data collection, report preparation, labor tracking, staffing analysis, and other administrative or analytical tasks. * Assist Security personnel with clearance administration, visit requests, training records, compliance documentation, inspections, and other security-related activities.

* Support Information Technology operations through asset tracking, account administration activities, inventory management, documentation maintenance, and coordination with internal and external support providers. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, personnel, contractual, financial, and security-related information. * Perform other duties as assigned in support of Operations objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Contract Management, Security Studies, or a related field preferred. * 0-2 years of professional experience in administrative, operational, analytical, or business support functions. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, processes, and business concepts quickly. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. * Active Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
