The Position:

We are seeking a people-focused Operations Task Force team member for our Colorado region of Affinity Living Communities. As the Operations Task Force, you will be a go-to resource in Axis Residential policies and standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for assisting and supporting Affinity Living Communities associates, traveling to communities providing relief site support and interim coverage in the absence of a Community Director or associate.

  • Provide leadership for a specific community in the absence of the Community Director, Assistant Community Director, or Leasing Consultant to ensure the property operations continue according to operational standards.
  • Create and maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents’ way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
  • Hands-on, in-the-trenches involvement in the operation of the assigned community on an ongoing basis.
  • Effectively and regularly communicate progress, challenges, statuses, etc. of assignment with Director and Axis Residential Executive Team to provide proactive updates as needed.
  • Analyze competitors and monitor surroundings to maximize profitability and sales opportunities.
  • Research and provide analysis of information about the capabilities, vulnerabilities, and intentions of local competitors to ensure Affinity maintains a competitive market edge.
  • Consistently evaluate additional income opportunities and expense reductions.
  • Support underperforming properties, correcting deficiencies as identified by Axis Residential Team.
  • Significant travel required as needed, based on deployment to perform special tasks or specific projects.
  • Conducts audits and property reviews when necessary.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all Fair Housing laws.

  • Must have on-site management experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google-Suite, property management software (i.e., Yardi, OnSite), and CRM solutions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Valid driver’s license and insured, operable vehicle.

  • Competitive pay, $75,000 - $80,000 (based on experience).
