Clinical Duties
✔ Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization
✔ Assist dentists during exams and procedures
✔ Take and process dental X-rays
✔ Perform basic dental procedures (cleanings, impressions)
✔ Maintain infection control protocols
Patient Interaction & Administrative Duties
✔ Greet patients and ensure their comfort
✔ Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
✔ Document patient records accurately
✔ Support front desk operations as needed

Salary Range

Full-time $18 - $20 per hour

Requirements
  • Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Wisconsin Dental Assistant license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Strong communication skills (comfortable with patient interaction)
Ability to stand, lift (up to 40 lbs), and move throughout the day
