Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking an Operational Assistant/Receptionist to work in our Arlington, VA office.
  • Daily interface with numerous Corporate Departments, Operations Managers and employees.
  • Conduct accurate review of all expense reports and expense authorizations and work with employees and managers when questions arise.
  • Learn corporate travel guidelines and procedures to be able to assist and answer questions for employees and managers.
  • Able to review corporate forms and paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
  • Provide backup support for the main reception desk at HQ to include answering phones, receiving packages, sorting incoming mail, scheduling FedEx pickups and respond to voicemail messages.
  • Also order supplies, submit purchase requisitions, stock the kitchens and floors with supplies, maintain kitchen equipment to include scheduling service requests.
  • Work with facilities staff as needed for requests involving actions for the facility.
  • Schedule conference rooms for meetings/events.
  • Greet guests and see that they are signed in and badged to meet security requirements and notify employee that their visitor has arrived.
  • This position will be in person in the office - teleworking depends on the situation.
  • Assist with special projects as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Extremely detailed & process oriented.
