Overview

We are seeking an experienced data leader to shape operational reporting consistency, enterprise data governance & master data across the operations of a global real estate business.

You will help define the core data model and governance approach across CRM, Finance, HR, PSA systems, commissions, broker performance and marketing platforms, while shaping the roadmap for consistent analytics for visualisation and AI access to allow our business to Grow.

You will assess the current landscape, build on what works, and drive practical standardisation, automation and improvement over time.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving how operational data points & KPI's are defined, governed, and used across a complex global environment.

Success in this role will require strong stakeholder management, sound judgement, and the ability to balance global standards with local business needs. You will report to the VP, Global Enterprise Architecture.

The base salary is aligned with market data and is estimated to be between $150,000 to $160,000 with the ability to achieve additional compensation through a bonus. This salary range reflects base compensation for the position across all Canadian locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors, including relevant education/training, experience, and internal equity. This posting is for an existing vacancy withing our organization.

Responsibilities

Review and simplify existing reporting approaches, including manual processes and Excel-based workarounds, to identify what should be standardized, retained, or replaced Define enterprise KPIs, reporting standards, and data governance policies that support trusted, consistent reporting Own the enterprise data model and core master data domains documentation

Establish clear data ownership, stewardship, and data quality practices across CRM, Finance, HR and beyond. Improve source systems through structured change processes so data definitions, quality, and reporting logic are managed at source Lead operational analytics delivery through partners and outsourced technology teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and standards Work across regions and functions to resolve competing requirements and support practical global standardization

Qualifications

7-10+ years' experience in enterprise data modelling, governance frameworks, and reporting standardization Experience working in complex, global organizationsย with multiple stakeholders and legacy processes Proven ability to:o Navigate organizational complexity and changeo Manage competing priorities across teams and regionso Deliver incrementally while maintaining a clear strategic direction Knowledge of:o Real estate or other asset-based businesseso Commission and revenue modelso Professional services and PSA systemso Marketing and listing platformso Regulated and auditable reporting environments

Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HR systems, and modern analytics tools including Power BI, Fabric, or Snowflake Exposure to AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot is advantageous
