Accounting Manager $110,000 - $135,000 base salary (depending on experience) North Phoenix, AZ (On-site) Vaco has partnered with a prestigious company in the construction space to hire their next Accounting Manager. This role provides broad exposure across financial reporting, operational accounting, and business partnership within a stable and rapidly growing organization. Youโ€™ll work closely with leadership to support reporting accuracy, strengthen processes, and drive financial visibility across the business. Coordinate accounting operations with shared services, including AP, AR, treasury, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Lead key portions of the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliation activities. Assist with budgeting, audits, cash flow analysis, and maintenance of strong accounting controls and policies. Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer, project, and ad hoc financial initiatives.
