Accounting Manager $110,000 - $135,000 base salary (depending on experience) North Phoenix, AZ (On-site) Vaco has partnered with a prestigious company in the construction space to hire their next Accounting Manager. Coordinate accounting operations with shared services, including AP, AR, treasury, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Lead key portions of the month-end close process, financial reporting, and account reconciliation activities. Assist with budgeting, audits, cash flow analysis, and maintenance of strong accounting controls and policies. Partner with sales and operations teams to support customer, project, and ad hoc financial initiatives.
