We work across legal recruiting, expert services, and legal intelligence products, supporting law firms, attorneys, and IP professionals through a combination of data, research, and technology.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager to support ongoing marketing, outreach, and day-to-day operational initiatives across our products and service lines. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and helping teams execute in a fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with leadership, sales, recruiting, and product teams to support campaigns, messaging, lead generation, marketing operations, and represent Patexia in the field.

You will be:
  • Supporting email campaigns, newsletters, and outbound marketing efforts
  • Managing and improving marketing and operational workflows and communication
  • Assisting with lead generation and audience-targeting initiatives
  • Creating content for campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, and company updates
  • Coordinating with internal teams to keep messaging and operations consistent
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying improvements
  • Attending local industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to build relationships and represent Patexia in the legal and IP community
  • Helping organize and coordinate webinars, meetups, or small customer/industry events
