Job description

Job Title: Enterprise Resource Planner
Department: IT
Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager
Classification: Exempt
Location: GWS Locations South Beloit, Menomonee Falls, Hartland, Batavia
Travel: No
Job Summary: As an Enterprise Systems Assistant, you will support the projects, data, and system processes that help our teams operate with accuracy and speed. Working within the IT Group, you'll help maintain system data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across business functions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with Pricing, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations to resolve system-related questions.

  • Participate in working sessions to align data or troubleshoot issues.

  • Maintain clean, consistent, structured data across pricing workflows.

  • Assist in developing controlled pricing processes, templates, and crosswalk files.

  • Identify opportunities to improve system accuracy, reduce manual work, and streamline updates.

  • Document processes for training and onboarding.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business-related field

  • 2+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, or other related systems

  • Experience within one or more applications including but limited to: Infor Visual ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Power BI Reporting

  • Familiarity with distribution, tooling, or manufacturing

  • Understanding of basic data logic or system workflows.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Attention to detail and a passion for solving problems.

  • Basic comfort with Excel and structured data.

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions.

  • Ability to organize information and manage multiple tasks.

  • Interest in systems, pricing, process improvement, or data workflows.

  • AI application background is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds at a time
