The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day field operations within the Maintenance business unit, ensuring crews are properly resourced, work is executed on schedule, and quality standards are met across all service agreements. This role is responsible for managing a team of Production Managers, driving operational consistency, and serving as the key link between field execution and branch leadership. The Operations Manager is accountable for crew productivity, resource utilization, service quality, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily field operations across assigned service areas, ensuring crews are deployed efficiently and work is completed on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor and evaluate crew productivity, labor utilization, and operational performance, taking corrective action when production targets or quality standards are not met.
• Oversee the development and management of crew schedules, route assignments, and equipment allocation to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Manage and resolve customer service tickets to address service complaints, ensuring timely resolution, and closing tickets in the customer service portal.
• Serve as an escalation point for field issues, customer concerns, and crew conflicts, resolving problems quickly to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.
