Position Summary: 

We’re looking for an exceptional Operations Leader who loves taking on challenges, creating structure, solving problems, and finding ways to make a business run better. This is an on-site role at Eagle Eye Produce sales office in Idaho Falls, ID

Required Skills / Competencies:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a sales supporting role, assisting some of our largest and best clients
  • Own and continuously improve the entire sales process
  • Track KPIs and sales metrics, providing data to sales managers to ensure accountability and high performance
  • Identify bottlenecks and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Further develop sales procedures to streamline processes and standardize between departments
  • Develop SOPs and documentation for repeatable excellence
  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional experience from a systems and ease of doing business standpoint
  • Prepare/analyze customer scorecards for business reviews
  • Resolve complex customer issues
  • Train employees on new procedures
  • Develop new systems as business needs evolve
  • Improve communication between departments
  • Reduce customer friction throughout the buying journey
  • Continuously evaluate current flows
  • Coordinate projects across departments
  • Present findings to leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Expected Hours of Work:

  • This position requires approximately 40 hours per week, as needed, to meet the demands of the business and complete the responsibilities of this position
