A busy company in the Wayne area is seeking an Operations Manager to join their growing business. This Operations Manager will get the chance to strengthen day-to-day business performance across a multi-division organization. This Operations Manager will guide cross-functional teams, bring greater consistency to operating practices, and help ensure departments work together effectively to meet customer and business goals. The ideal Operations Manager is comfortable balancing hands-on oversight with process improvement initiatives in a fast-moving environment. Other responsibilities of this Operations Manager will include but not be limited to:


Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operational activity across multiple connected business units to ensure alignment, efficiency, and dependable execution.

• Provide direction and support to office-based teams, including logistics coordination, estimating, customer support, sales operations, and administrative functions.

• Collaborate with warehouse and production leadership to improve inventory flow, shipping, receiving, and overall operational readiness.

• Establish and maintain clear operating procedures that drive consistency, accountability, and stronger performance across departments.

• Evaluate existing workflows, identify process gaps, and implement practical improvements that remove delays and increase productivity.

• Keep projects, deliveries, and service commitments on track by monitoring priorities, timelines, and cross-team coordination.
